Yamhill County Circuit Court is Oregon's state trial court for the county. Yamhill County Court Records Requests

OJD may take up to five court business days to respond and ten or more court business days to complete some requests. If the court asks for more detail or payment and no response is received within 60 court business days, the request may be closed.

Security screening is used at the courthouse entrance. Visitors should allow extra time for magnetometers, x-ray screening, and bag checks before records appointments, hearings, filings, or cashier visits.
